Elizabeth K. BrauerDr. Brauer completed her BSc and MSc at the University of Guelph in Plant Agriculture. She worked at the International Potato Center in Peru on viral diseases where she became interested in plant pathology. She went on to do her PhD at Cornell University in molecular plant-microbe interactions at Boyce Thompson Institute. She started her lab at Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (Ottawa) in 2019 and is an adjunct faculty member of the Biology Department at the University of Ottawa.
